Christmas Tree Giveaway
OFFICIAL RULES & DISCLOSURES
Sponsor: Magnolia Garden Center, Ginkgo Co, 3213 W Smith St, Seattle, WA 91899.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Washington State, age 18 or older. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Promotion Period: Begins Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. PT and ends Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. PT. All entries must be received by that time to be eligible.
How to Enter:
In-store Entry (Free): Visit the Magnolia Garden Center Gift Shop during the Promotion Period and complete an official entry form. Place it in the clearly marked “Holiday Giveaway” entry box. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. No purchase necessary.
Alternate Free Entry (AMOE): To enter without visiting the store, mail a hand-addressed postcard with your full name, phone number, and email address to:

Must be postmarked by November 20, 2025 and received by November 25, 2025.
All entries, regardless of method, will be combined in a single pool before the drawing. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are prohibited.
Prize and Approximate Retail Value:
One (1) winner will receive one Christmas tree, retail value up to $250. No cash alternative or substitution is offered except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize must be accepted as awarded.
Odds of Winning: Depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at Magnolia Garden Center. The potential winner will be notified by phone or email and must respond within 48 hours. Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
Prize Claiming:
Winner must pick up the prize in person at Magnolia Garden Center by December 24, 2025. A valid photo ID may be required. If unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited.
Taxes:
All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will not withhold or remit any taxes on the winner’s behalf.
Publicity:
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.
Release and Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Magnolia Garden Center and its owners, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this giveaway or from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant with these rules, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if technical or other issues compromise its integrity. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters related to the promotion.
Privacy:
Information collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Magnolia Garden Center does not sell entrant data.
Disputes and Governing Law:
All disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Entrants agree to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in King County, WA and waive all rights to punitive or consequential damages.
